Pumpkin & Vanilla Chai Latte Muffins with Cinnamon Frosting

Vanilla Chai Pumpkin Latte Muffins with cinnamon Frosting 
(yields 12 muffins)
1 Cooggies Cake and  Muffin Bake Mix pouch
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cardamom ( optional)
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 cup oil or melted butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 lg eggs
1 1/2 c pumpkin puree
8 Tbsp salted butter at room Temp.
1/4 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup packed dark or light brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cup powder sugar
(Mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer, set aside until ready to use)
Pre heat oven to 350 F. Grease a 12-muffin cup pan
Mix the oil, vanilla extract, eggs, and pumpkin puree in bowl with an electric mixer
Add the dry mix and all the spices, mix until well combined. Do not over mix
Pour the mixture into the muffin pan using a 1/3 measuring cup
Bake for 22 -25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the muffin
Let them cool completely before frosting
