Sweet Muffin Bread

What you'll need:

8 x 5 loaf pan

1 pouch Cake and Muffin Bake Mix

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk or plant milk

1/2 cup oat flour (In a blender or food processor add 1 cup old fashion Oats blend until flour consistency. About 1 to 2 minutes)

 

Instructions:

Mix wet ingredients first with a whisk

Add the Cake and Muffin Bake Mix, and the oat flour, continue mixing by hand. 

Pour dough-like mixture in a greased 8 x 5 loaf pan and bake for 45 min

Store in refrigerator for 24 hours, slice and enjoy!
