Summer Frozen Cake made with Cake and Muffin Bake Mix
Keep these in your freezer for up to 90 days!! Perfect summer solution to a refreshing treat, outdoor picnic or summer birthday!
Instructions:
Follow baking instructions on the back of the pouch of the Cake and Muffin mix using a loaf pan. Add lemon or blueberries as preferred.
(Optional) Once the cake is cool, add frosting between the layers if making a layered cake.
Cover your cake with saran wrap and freeze for up to 90 days.
Once you are ready to eat, set out the cake in room temperature for about 30-40 minutes. Enjoy as is or top with ice cream or more frosting.
