Summer Frozen Cake
Keep these in your freezer for up to 90 days!! Perfect summer solution to a refreshing treat, outdoor picnic or summer birthday!
Instructions:
Follow baking instructions as you normally would for your cake. We recommend using Cooggies Carrot Cake (optional: replace carrots with banana, lemon or blueberries as preferred) Bare Muffin Mix.
(Optional) Once the cake is cool, add frosting between the layers if making a layered cake.
Cover your cake with saran wrap and freeze for up to 90 days.
Once you are ready to eat, set out the cake in room temperature for about 30-40 minutes. Enjoy as is or top with ice cream or more frosting.
