Lemon Poppy Muffins

What you'll need:
1 Cooggies Cake and Muffin Bake  Mix
1 Egg
½ cup melted butter or coconut oil
1/4 cup plain yogurt (or water if dairy free)
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon
1 teaspoon lemon extract
Lemon zest
½ tablespoon poppy seeds

Follow pouch instructions using ingredients above. Mix in poppyseeds. Fill lined muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake 10-14 minutes. Glaze with your fave lemony glaze (I used a mixture of freshly squeezed lemon + natural powdered sugar alternative + a little lemon zest) Enjoy!!❤️
