Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Tahini Fudge Frosting

What you'll need:

1 Cooggies Cashew Flour Brownie Bake Mix
3 eggs or egg replacer
1/3 cup oil
1 cup of water
3/4 cup or brewed coffee
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or chunks
3 Tbsp plain Tahini
(Heat tahini over medium low heat, add chocolate and melt until smooth. Take off the heat and set aside. Frosting should be smooth and silky) 
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
Grease an 8" round baking pan
2. With an electric mixer, beat the eggs or egg replacer, oil, water, coffee, and vanilla extract
3. Add Cooggies Cashew Flour Brownie Baking Mix and continue mixing until well combined and smooth
4. Pour batter into greased pan, and bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the cake. Do not overbake !
5. Using a toothpick or skewer poke tiny holes around the cake before frosting so that the frosting is absorbed
6. Let the cake cool off completely before frosting. You are going to have leftover frosting
6. Cut and serve with more frosting on top if desired
