Blueberry Lemon Bundt Cake

What you’ll need:
1 pouch Cooggies Cake and Muffin Bake Mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tsp orange zest
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8 inch bundt cake pan, 9x5 loaf pan or 8 inch round pan
- In a bowl mix the wet ingredients using an electric mixer
- Add the Cooggies Cake and Muffin Bake Mix, baking powder, and continue mixing until all is well combined
- With a spatula, fold in the blueberries
- Pour mixture into greased pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Enjoy:)
