Bite Sized 4th of July Brownies
What you'll need:
- Cooggies Cashew flour Brownie Pouch
- 2 eggs of egg replacer of choice
- 1/2 cup melted butter or oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- cherries
- sprinkles
- white chocolate
- mini muffin pan / muffin tins
- ice cream scooper
Instructions:
- Combine all wet ingredients and mix then add dry mix. Continue mixing on med-high speed for 1-2 minutes until all is well combined
- use ice cream scooper and fill tins 3/4 full
- bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees
- meanwhile, prepare cherries by dipping in melted while chocolate then dipping in bowl of sprinkles
- let brownies cool before topping with cherries
- enjoy!
