Banana- Hazelnut Chocolate Bread





What you'll need:
1 pouch Cooggies Cashew Flour Brownie Mix 
3 med ripe bananas
3/4 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup semisweet dark chocolate. Chips or chunks.
4 oz toasted hazelnuts roughly chopped

Instructions:

Pre heat oven to 320F
With an electric mixer, mix bananas, oil and eggs until well combined.
Add the dry mix, continue mixing for 1 minute.
Fold in chocolate chips or chunks and hazelnuts with a spatula, until well distributed.
Pour mixture in a 12x 5 greased loaf pan.
Bake 60 to 65 minutes, or until the middle is set, but it can be a little wet because the chocolate will melt inside the cake
