Traditional Honey Cake
What you'll need:
1 pouch Cooggies' Cake and Muffin Bake Mix
1 cup honey
1/2 cup oil of choice (we use Avocado)
4 eggs
2 tsp grated orange zest
1 cup orange juice
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven at 350 degrees and grease 10x4 bundt cake pan
In a large bowl combine the honey, oil, eggs and orange zest using an electric hand or regular mixer
Add baking powder and cinnamon
Beat in the Cooggies Cake and Muffin Bake Mix, alternately with the orange juice until well incorporated
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Allow to cool & Enjoy! :)
