Easy Chocolate Frosting

Here are two ways we like to whip up an easy frosting:

 

My Grandmother's easy frosting:

What you'll need:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips, chunks or squares
- 1 can (14 oz)  sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
In a sauce pan melt the butter and the chocolate.
Once melted, add the condensed milk and stir until smooth.
Let it cool down completely before frosting the cake or muffin.
Voila!

 

Chocolate Tahini Frosting

What you'll need:

- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or chunks
- 3 TBL plain Tahini
Heat tahini over medium low heat, add chocolate and melt until smooth.
Let it cool down completely before frosting the cake or muffin.
Easy peasy!
