Blueberry Paleo Scones

Servings 8 scones

Cook time 25-30 minute

What you'll need:

1 pouch Cooggies Carrot Cake Mix

½ cup oil of your choice

¼ cup regular milk or milk of choice

1 lg egg

1 Tbl lemon zest

1 cup Blueberries


1) Pre heat oven to 375 F.

2) In a food processor combine ingredients, except the blueberries. Then stir in the blueberries gently with a spatula.

3) Press dough into a circle 1 ½” high. Cut into 8 scones.

4) Bake 25-30 min.
