Amazing:) Cashew flour Cottage Cheese Pancakes

 

Preheat a non stick pan to Medium heat.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup of Cashew flour Pancake and Waffle Mix

1 egg

2 Tbsp water or milk

1 Tbsp oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup full fat or 2% plain cottage cheese ( for extra protein, great taste and texture)

Put all ingredients in the blender.

Pour 2 or 3 full tbsps of batter in the preheated non stick pan

Cook approximately 1- 1/2 minutes or until the edges start to dry

Flip pancake and light brown other side
